January Recap
We got back into the swing of things after our holiday break. Every other Wednesday, The Jefferson Township Librarian, Miss Chris comes to Alpine to read to our Kindergarteners. Mr. Chris also came in and taught the kids all about the Keyboard.
We also learned and celebrated Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his contribution to our country.
February Events
2/2 Groundhog Day - Will he see his shadow or not?? We will talk about it and
make a special project along with groundhog colorings.
2/10 Chinese New Year - Year of the Snake
2/11 We will celebrate the 100th day of school - by having a special snack
Outdoor Playtime
Please dress your child appropriately for outdoor play. If the temperature is over 35, not very windy and no precipitation - we will go outside for recess.
Picture Day
All students are to attend the morning session today for picture day. If you have any questions please see your teacher.
