We had a busy month in October which started with a visit from the Firefighters (Kiley Shatzel's father and grandfather). The children learned fire safety and got to climb aboard a firetruck. We enjoyed all of the visits from the grandparents. The kids were so excited to see their special people come and visit them in their classrooms. We had a great turnout at back to school night. It was a great opportunity for parents to learn a little more about what is going on in the classroom each day, as well as, getting to meet other parents from their child's classroom.
Mr. Chris started up his music classes in October. He is here every other Wednesday. Remember if your child is not scheduled to attend school on Wednesday mornings you may still come in for the music class. Just let Mrs. Gorman know ahead of time that you are coming.
Thank you to all that participated in the pajama day fundraiser for Alpine alumni Evan Muse. We raised $395 towards his medical expenses.
